Hi, I'm a 27 year old male with 2 thoracic disc protrusions, 1 lumbar protrusion, also have facet disease through entire spine. Also cord impingement in both of the thoracic disc areas. I have 2 different hydrocodone pills. The first one is hydrocodone/acetaminophen 5/325 mg & stamped M365 & was given for a hysterectomy. The 2nd bottle is hydrocodone/APAP 5/325 mg & stamped 360+ & was given for surgery, where they removed a kidney due to a benign mass. This pill has red specs on it.
