G 32 500 Pill Hydrocodone

What is a pink-ish / orange pill with G | 32 on one side, and 500 on the other inscribed on it? Could it be a Hydrocodone tablet? ## Hi Rachael - the tablet you described is Naproxen 500 mg, NOT Hydrocodone. (NDC 68462-190) Naproxen is an NSAID pain reliever, whereas Hydrocodone is an opiate pain reliever - so they are in different classes of meds. Inactive ingredients: - Microcrystalline Cellulose - Croscarmellose Sodium - Povidone - Magnesium Stearate I hope this helps! ## Is there such a thing for a pink pill and three lines on it? Could it be vicodin 500 or 7.5mg? Please help me. ## Hello, Terry! How are you? This tablet contains 500mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Side effects may include nausea, dizzines......

Hydrocodone 10 325 vs Vicodin 500

What is difference in ingredients between Hydrocodone and Vicodin? I am trying to find out what is stronger: Hydrocodone Acetaminophen 10 325 or are Vicodin 500 tablets stronger? ## Hi Viv, To answer your question I first need to explain that Vicodin actually contains both Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen as the active ingredients. So in your comparison, both drugs contain the same active ingredients, just in different doses. Hydrocodone Acetaminophen 10 325 is a generic for Norco containing Hydrocodone 10mg and Acetaminophen 325mg. Vicodin 500 contains Hydrocodone 5mg and Acetaminophen 500mg. So the generic Norco which you have contains twice as much Hydrocodone (the opioid ingredient) but less Acetaminophen than the Vicodin. I hope that this makes sense, and let me know if you need any m......

Hydrocodone/Apap 10-325mg vs 5-500mg

My husband takes the Hydrocodone/Apap 5-500MG Tablet by Mallinckrodt. When we went to a different drug store, they gave us Hydrocodone/Apap 10-325. The drug store says it's the same as Hydrocodone/Apap 5-500MG. This can't be true? ## Well, no, obviously not, this is clearly a different dosage of the medication. The first tablet he was receiving contained 5mgs of the narcotic Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The new one contains 10mgs of the Hydrocodone and only 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is completely different and not equivalent at all. The higher dose of the narcotic could cause more severe side effects, such as: drowsiness, nausea, dizziness and constipation. In addition, it could cause him to build a tolerance or addiction faster, and when he does get the other p......

Does Lortab make a 10/325? My Doc changed my lortab 10/500 to norco10/325. Norco is a different medicine, making me really tired. everyone keeps saying its the same as Lortab. I STRONGLY disagree. help ## Hi, I'm on pain management & have taken Lortab then Norco for years. Norco is the same as Lortab with 325 mg of acetaminophen instead of 500 mg. My doctor changed mine as well due to the affects on the liver. I understand the hesitation. When he changed mine I wasn't thrilled either, but I'm a creature of habit & dislike change in routines. I'm uncomfortable when my generics are from another company & look different than I normally take. I promise, it's the same 10 mg of hydrocodone. Both Lortab & Norco contain the same active ingredients: acetaminop......

hydrocodone apap tab 5 325 make it a 5-500?

how do I convert a 5-325 TAB TO A 5-500 HYDROCODONE/APAP ## Hello, Bob! How are you? I'm sorry that cannot be done. Have you discussed the issue with our doctor? They may okay it for you to just take an extra Tylenol/Acetaminophen tablet with it. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation....

My husband has 2 hernia, and severe hip pain. Could be pain from 2 groin hernias make him so painful. Has hydrocodone 5 325. Can he take naperxon 500 with it. ## yes he can tell him he can eat a snack with it to prevent stomach upset ## Hi Sammy, I just wanted to add from my own experience that I too have taken this combination of meds in the not so distant past, after a nose surgery. I don't recall having any issues at that time, other than typical (minor) side effects such as nausea and dizziness that is commonly associated with many medications. However I understand that everyone reacts/responds differently and that trial and error is something we all must undergo at some point in order to find out what works best. Hopefully the addition of naproxen will help. If not, maybe his d......

methocarbamol 500mg + hydrocodone/apap 7.5-325 + gabapentin 300mg

It's hard to swallow liquids as it seems my esophagus is swollen. What could be causing it? Any of my medications? ## Does it just seem like it's swollen, or has it been confirmed by a medical professional? Many medications can cause it, according to FDA reports, but it is hard to say just from this vague post. Have you ever been diagnosed with acid reflux? That is also a possible cause. If it comes down to a medication, I think Methocarbamol would be the primary suspect, since it is a muscle relaxant and muscles help us swallow... however, there is also the possibility of an allergy....

ic oxycodone 5325 versus IC Hydrocodone 75500

Dr just changed my pain med from oxycodone 5/325 to Hydrocodone 7.5/500. He says this will cover pain longer. Is this right? ## Well, from my information, this isn't necessarily true. It is an equivalent dosage, but they are usually take at exactly the same intervals to help control pain. Side effects are also the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. Has he ever had you try a time released medication? Such as Oxycontin: Or Ms Contin:...

which is stronger hydrocodone apap 5-500 or hydrocodone apap 5-325 tablets

My doctor just switched my vicoden and i wanted to know which is stronger the 5-500 pills or the 5-325 pills? ## If you are asking about the Hydrocodone, then neither is stronger, at 5mgs, they are both the same strength. The only thing different about them is the amount of APAP, which is medical speak for Acetaminophen. The one that says 325 only contains 325mgs of it and the one that says 500 contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Read more: Do you have any other questions? ## Yes I have had help for at least 2yrs now and have had no problems with pain issues but I have been recently diagnosed with acute hep b which is causing my liver to go into acute liver failure and I am in intolerable pain now. I am assuming......
