There are some pills with blue dots as well, it's just how the manufacturer decided to design the pills for brand identification. Do you have any more questions regarding this medication? If so, please post back! ## They are chemical marker that the DEA has forced pharmaceutical manufacturers to mix in to pills for tracking drug traffic. They will be in all narcotics soon but are primarily in hydrocodone, ambient and some ADHD meds. Different regions get slightly different colors so they can trace sources to the area and even pharmacy ie. Walmart, CVS, Walgreens. This is why there have been some shortages recently...

So I got some of these Xanax. Where I'm from we call them footballs. I recently started taking hydrocodone and now have been having withdrawals without them. Do you think these footballs will help me quit hydrocodone? I've never had withdrawals from Xanax in all my years of taking them. I definitely don't want the withdrawals from the norcos tho and I'd like to quit ASAP considering that I've only been taking them for about a month. Different kinds of course the white 365 & 367, the yellow 10s, and now the white with red dots. The white with red dots really cause me to withdraw. ## I was given Norco for my Car accident and did experience withdrawal problems.
