Hydrocodone Acetaminophen Norco 10 325 Mg
I'm recovering from my third back surgery. I can take hydroco/acetamin 10-325 mg tab with no stomach problems. However, when I take hydroco/acetamin 7.5-325mg tab Mallinc generic, I have severe stomach pains. The pharmacist says there is no difference except the 10 vs the 7.5. It it NOT in my mind, it's in my stomach & it really hurts. Can you clear this up for me? I will be very grateful for your attention. Thank you. ## Who manufactures the 10/325 tablet that you've taken? There can be differences in the inactive ingredients from one manufacturer to another and that can cause problems for some people that are sensitive. So, say for example that the 10/325 was manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals, the inactive ingredients could be completely different from those that ... ...

hydrocodone acetaminophen norco 10 325 mg Is it harmful?
Saw a new ortho surgeon. Was taking Hydrocodone/Acetamenaphine 10-325. For lower back pain. He said "oh no, Don't take that!" and presribed Tramadol 50 mg. Why? ## Because it can be highly addictive. Also it is going to go from a Schedule III to a Schedule II, Oct 6, 2014. That means no refills, it can't be called in and you must see your dr at least every 90 days. Even though Tramadol can also be addicting, the risk isn't as great. Tramadol became a Schedule IV Aug 18, 2014. ## Hello, Pete! How are you? Your doctor may also be concerned about the Acetaminophen, taking it for a long time creates the risk of liver damage or failure. These medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation... ...

difference between hydrocodone acetaminophen norco 10 325 mg & 7.5-325 mg
What's the difference between Norco 10 325 mg & 7.5-325 mg ## Hello, Howard! How are you? Well, the dosage is different, just like you've listed. One contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone with the 325mgs of Acetaminophen, while the other contains only 7.5mgs of it. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

hydrocodone acetaminophen 5 500 325 brands
Does Lortab make a 10/325? My Doc changed my lortab 10/500 to norco10/325. Norco is a different medicine, making me really tired. everyone keeps saying its the same as Lortab. I STRONGLY disagree. help ## Hi, I'm on pain management & have taken Lortab then Norco for years. Norco is the same as Lortab with 325 mg of acetaminophen instead of 500 mg. My doctor changed mine as well due to the affects on the liver. I understand the hesitation. When he changed mine I wasn't thrilled either, but I'm a creature of habit & dislike change in routines. I'm uncomfortable when my generics are from another company & look different than I normally take. I promise, it's the same 10 mg of hydrocodone. Both Lortab & Norco contain the same active ingredients: acetaminop... ...

Does hydrocodone 10 acetaminophen 325 mg tab have sulfa or sulfates in it?
The Dr. has currently changed my pain medication to Hydroco/Acetamin 10-325MG TAB MALLK C which is a generic for NORCO 10-325 TAB. I am very allergic to Sulfa & Sulfate drugs does this have any type of Sulfa or Sulfates in it? The Sufa/Sulfate drugs cause me to get a bladder and kidney infection to the point I have to be hospitalized. ## Hello, Linda! How are you? What specific sulfa drug did you have an allergic reaction? Is your doctor and pharmacy aware of it, so they can check for any problems for you? ...

This tablet contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, it is a generic for Norco. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Norco10- 325mg
Is Norco 10-325 as strong as Vicoden 10-660 for pain? ## The only difference is the Norco has 325 mgs Tylenol and the Vicodin 660 mgs. They both have the same amount of hydrocodone, 10 mgs. ## @Shep, BL is correct about the amount of Tylenol (Acetaminophen) in each medication. Therefore, the Vicodin would be stronger than the Norco. If your pain isn't severe, I personally recommend taking the Norco due to the fact that it contains less Tylenol (Acetaminophen). The more Acetaminophen, the harder it will be on your liver and other organs. Please post back if you have any questions! ...

Norco 10 325 Mg
How many Norco 10/325 mg would give you 1100 ng/mL? ## From what I could gather, clinical trials note that: "Following a 10 mg oral dose of hydrocodone administered to five adult male subjects, the mean peak concentration was 23.6 ± 5.2 ng/mL. Maximum serum levels were achieved at 1.3 ± 0.3 hours and the half-life was determined to be 3.8 ± 0.3 hours." Unless I'm reading this wrong (which I may be, as I am trying to understand this conversion as well), 1100 ng/mL seems like a very high dose for toxicity. Do you have this medication in both tablet and liquid form? You can learn more about this drug on the page for Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone I hope this helps! If anyone else can enlighten us with a bit more information that would be great! ## ... ...

Hydrocodone 10mg 325mg Is 16 Pills In 24 Hours Bad
MALE 210LBS TAKES WHATEVER WHENEVER BUT IS TAKING 16 Pills In 24 Hours Bad Hydrocodone 10mg 325mg...WHATS BOUND TO HAPPEN...WHAT IF HE TAKES OXYCODONE 15MG ALSO ## Hello, According to Topix.com, "Daily consumption of hydrocodone should not exceed 40 milligrams in patients not tolerant to opiates. The 2006 Physicians Desk Reference states that Norco 10, containing 10 milligrams of hydrocodone and 325 mg of APAP (Acetaminophen) can be taken at a dosage of up to twelve tablets per day (120 mg of hydrocodone). This restriction is only limited by the fact that twelve tablets, each containing 325 mg of APAP (Acetaminophen), puts the patient right below the 24-hour FDA maximum of 4,000 mg of APAP. Some specially compounded products are routinely given to chronic pain patients in doses of u... ...

i had orthoscopy on my left knee dec. 11. the doc prescribed norco for pain. however, my insurance says if there's a generic for any drug then that's what'll be substituded. they changed prescription to hydrocodone-pap 5-325 tablitp. the doctor told me to take the med. every 4 to 6 hrs. in order to control the pain better.the problem is i take the med. every 4 hours & it's not doing the job i understood i'd experience. my knee & leg hurts so much on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst. it's a 9. i'm wondering if i'd be able better relife by taking (2) 500 mg. i've been up 2hrs & 20 min. thank u ## They gave you the same medication, Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone is exactly what Norco contains, this is just the generic version rather than... ...

is there a 15 mg hydrocodone pill
i take norco 10/325 and wonder is there a stronger hydrocodone pill such as 15/325 ## No, the maximum amount currently available on the market is 10mgs of Hydrocodone. The only way to get a higher dosage than that is if your doctor specially orders it and it is put together for you by a compounding pharmacy. Hydrocodone is a potent narcotic and is rarely given in higher doses. Usually, when someone isn't getting the pain relief they need from it, they move on to something else, such as Percocet, which contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. It is still a narcotic and can cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Learn more: Are there any other questions or comments? ## Try not to go up to percet. I went to percet 10/325 from norco 10/325. They take over... ...

Hydrocodone M363 How Many Mgs Are They
How many mgs is M363 hydrocodone. I have some from long time of ago and I dont remember what the mgs are. ## At this time, the tablet with the M 363 marking contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, Norco or Lortab. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it does have the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. Learn more Vicodin details here. And to add an additional note for anyone that may be viewing this post at a later date… The FDA has requested that the amount of Acetaminophen in all of the prescription combination medications that combine it with a narcotic be lowered to a maximum of 325mgs. The reason this is being done is due to the risk o... ...

hydrocodone solution 240ml
I have a tropical flavored hydrocodone-apap liquid but it doesn't say the strength?!! How much wud I need to take to equal 1 yellow 10/325 norco? It says take 1 teaspoon every 4-6 hrs for cough. Or am I way off and the whole bottle won't equal 1? Lol ## The bottle should have the amount of medication in 5 cc's on the bottle. Are there any numbers on the bottle after the name of the medication ? ## If it's hydrocodone/acetaminophen sol, it's 7.5/325 per 15 ml meaning 7.5 mgs hydrocodone, 325 Tylenol if it's the new sol, older formula has 500mg acetaminophen(Tylenol) so you would need 20ml to get 10mg. Be careful of Tylenol tho. New recommended dose is 3000mg per day. Now if its cough syrup, it's tussinex , is it super thick? That's 10mg hydrocodone per 5 m... ...

hydroco/acetamin 10-325 mg tab
Can hydroxide/acetaminophen 10-325 mg tab be substituted for Norfolk 10-325 mg tab? ## Hello, Kris! How are you? Looks like autocorrect was having some fun with you! :-) However, I happen to be fluent in Typonese! Yes, Norco is just one of the brand names for Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen, so they are equivalent. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation and dry mouth. What Is Better Watson Lorcet 10 Or Norco10/325 and whats the difference
What is better Watson Lorcet 10 Or Norco10/325 and whats the difference in the two? ## If the dosage is the same, then the only difference is who has manufactured it. Both contain Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, the Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. Are there any other questions? ## my doctor had me on lorcet 10/650 and change to lorcet 10/325 what's the different are they the same?I had three back surgery ## The only difference is the amount of acetaminophen contained in each pill. The 10/650 dose contains 650 mg's of acetaminophen and the 10/325 dose contains, you guessed it, 325 mg's. Norco and vicodin
is Norco 10—325 mg stronger than vicodin 7.5-300 mg? My doctor changed my prescription to the Vicodin 7.5-300mg without telling me. Is he trying to get me off the Norco or what? I need my pain pills for my body aches, I have bone cancer on my spine, leg, and hip. ## Hi Sessy, Sorry to hear about your situation. My guess on the stronger medication would probably be the Norco 10/325. I tend to believe the 2.5mg difference in Hydrocodone can provide more pain relief than the 25mg difference in Acetaminophen; but that's just me and I'm not a regular user of the stuff. What are you thoughts on the Vicodin 7.5/300 after taking it? To be honest, I actually didn't know that they still made brand name Vicodin. It's been a while since anyone has mentioned it on here too, so ... ...
