SO, 358 = 7.5/500 , and 360 = 7.5/750 . You want less acetaminophen. m-360 ## The dosage of this tablet is 750mgs Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Vicodin ES. ## I RECENTLY FOUND AN OLD PRESCRIPTION THAT SAYS HYDROCODONE/APAP EMG500MG. THE TABLETS ARE WHITE AND ROUND AND ARE ENCODED 5658. CAN ANYONE VERIFY THAT THESE ARE REALLY HYDROCODONE, OR HAVE I PUT SOMETHING ELSE IN THE RX BOTTLE? ## Prescription: HYDROCODONE/APAP 7.5/750 TBMCK (White, oblong; scored one side, other side inscribed: M360) Do know what 7.5/750 means. Needs something for pain - do not want to use unless absolutely necessary - prescribed 9/2006. Know source (McKrodt spec Pharmaceuticals - cannot find when searching.) Any advice appreciated.

I took 2 of them, just now and I want that drowsy feeling. ## The tablet with the M 360 marking contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin, this is a narcotic analgesic. And yes, it can cause drowsiness as a side effect, but taking it just to feel that, especially doubling up on them is not a safe idea. This is often how drug abuse starts. These tablets contain 7.5mgs of it and 750mgs of Acetaminophen and they are no longer being manufactured. The M 360 is just a manufacturers logo. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Are there any other questions or concerns?

BOTH PILES ARE OBLONG , WHITE ONE HAS WATSON 387 ON ONE SIDE AND ONE HAS M 360 ON ONE SIDE. So yes, a generic version. ## Sandy, as to your question, the 750mgs in there is actually not the amount of the narcotic, Hydrocodone, but the mgs of Acetaminophen. So if you are talking about doubling up and taking 2 at the same time, you run into the same problems as if you took too many Tylenol or a generic version. Acetaminophen can cause gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and etc. So by taking 2, you put 1500mgs of it into your body at once, which is way more than anyone should be taking at one time.
