What pill is this small red capsule with a white powdery substance in it? I was told it's hydrocodone 50 mgs. ## Hello, how are you? I have to say that I find it very doubtful. The only 50mg dosage available of Hydrocodone is a time released version that is sold under the brand name Zohydro... and under current FDA laws, unique imprints on such manufactured tablets and capsules are required, in order to enable their identification, in case of emergency. Are there any markings on this capsule? If so, please post back and clarify, so I can research further for you. There is no manufactured 30mg Hydrocodone available in the U.S., it is only available combined with Acetaminophen and the tablets that are available only have a maximum of 10mgs of the Hydrocodone. Other doses are available by a compounding pharmacy, if a doctor specially orders them, but they would not have an imprint such as this on the capsules. That said, the white and blue capsule with this marking contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital, 40mgs of Caffeine and 30mgs of Codeine, it is most commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches. m357 capsule ## M 357 is 5 mg Hydrocodone + 500 mg Acetaminophen. Manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. It's a narcotic pain reliever generic for Vicodin. ## Roy is correct. I would like to post a warning though that this pharmaceutical company does not always have good quality control so their meds are not always reliable. yellow capsule says IP 120 ## The pill which you are describing is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (500 mg - 10 mg). However this pill is noted to be blue and not yellow. Which side of this generic Lortab 5mg pill has hydrocodone and which has the tylenol? I have heard that the m357 pills are hydrocodone on one side and of course tylenol on the other. It's a capsule-shaped white pain pill and on one side its says G 32 and on other side it says 500. Someone said it was a hydrocodone pain pill and wanted information on that pill but I couldn't find a pill with those marking under hydrocodone. This is an over the counter med. ## its a tylenol sized pill capsule shaped with imprint of m2a4 57344 it has no scoring in it and it has a coating what could it be it was perscribed for my son as hydrocodone but isn't shown in the listings of that ## This is definitely not Hydrocodone, nor any type or narcotic pain medication. This tablet contains exactly what was stated in one of the previous posts, 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic or store brand of extra strength Tylenol. If the pharmacy gave him this, rather than Hydrocodone for his prescription, then an error has been made and you need to speak to them.
