Is there such a thing as 40mg and 60mg time release lortab ## Lortab is a combination medication that contains the narcotic Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, so no, it is only available with a maximum of 10mgs of the Hydrocodone. I was put on morphine sulfate 15mg ER 1 every 12 hours. I had been taking hydrocodone 10/325 4xs a day. I am being changed from 50mch every 48 hrs and 40 mg of hydrocodone a day to oxycodone and the doc only gave me 15 mg three times a day ir release and i am hurting bad. I have a feeling this is not even close to what i am use to. What should i do or say to my doc. I am working with the va military docs which are very strict. ## So you were on a Fentanyl patch that you changed every 48 hours and the Hydrocodone and they've now cut you down to 15mgs of Oxycodone 3 times a day? There's really no way this is going to work, you're going from a time release patch of the most potent narcotic available, down to just 45mgs a day of Oxycodone and that's not even taking the additional Hydrocodone into account. I TAKE 30MG OXYCODONE EVERY 8 HOURS AND IT NEVER LASTS. I START FEELING PAIN ABOUT 6 HOURS IN. I RAN OUT AN TOOK A 40MG MORPHINE AND IT LASTED ABOUT 10 HOURS. ## Hello, Sue! How are you?
