I found this pill in my 18 year old nieces pocket when i went to wash clothes and i've tried looking it up and cant find it anywhere. Please help. ## This tablet was manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as having contained 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The reason you couldn't find it listed anywhere is due to the fact that is has been discontinued due to the amount of Acetaminophen that was in it. The FDA no longer allows combination prescription medications to contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose, so this hasn't been manufactured for several years, now. Hi I was getting the yellow 10 mlg that say v 3601 but now I have the same pill except it's white instead of yellow. Is this the same pill please help! The white, oblong tablet with the red specks that has the marking 3604 V on it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. And according to law, all manufactured prescription tablets must have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of an emergency, so any given pill can be traced by to a specific manufacturer. I have two halves of hydrocodone that both say M36 and the other half is gone. Are Hydrocodone 5's M365 and 10's M367 the exact same size pill or is one smaller? I usually get the yellow V 36 01 when I fill my 10mg Norco. This time they gave me white V 36 09. ## Hi debra, The V 36 09 white pill is a new version made by Qualitest that only recently came out on the market; which is why information seems scarce at the moment. can I take a zanax with a 10/325 hhdrocodone ## Dorothy yes it may just make you really sleepy ## @Dorothy (original poster), Based on my research involving drug interactions, I actually wouldn't recommend having Hydrocodone with Xanax. According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, "it may just make you really sleepy" is a large understatement by post #1. Apparently using the two together can also increase your risk of certain side effects including but not limited to slurred speech, confusion, dizziness, slow/shallow breathing, and impaired cognitive function. Better to play it safe and let your doctor decide what might be best!

I fell and damaged 6 disc in my spine. I had surgery on 2 disc and was given hydrocodone apap which was yellow with a V on one side and 3601 on the other side. I was later given the same prescription, but the pill was white and had IP 110 on it. The yellow stopped the pain with no side effects. The white makes me feel drugged and nauseous. How can you tell if a pill is time released or not. The pill identifier doesn't say. I have 2 strengths of hydrocodone acetaminophen. One is 10/500 and the other is 5/500. Lost directions and don't have the doctor anymore. I can't swallow pills and want to crush and put in applesauce to take. Is this pink pill with 3600 on one side and V on the other a Hydrocodone pill? ## The drug you got was a generic lortab. Lortabs are like vicodin but a lil bit stronger. He gave you a dosage of 10/500 which means 10mg of hydocodone and 500 mg of actemiphin(tylenol) I just had hip surery a month ago and my surgen gave me that. It works great for pain, your pretty silly when your on it but it does work!!! The only problems I had was I was constipated for the first week after surgery. But I had all the dripps in my iv and plus they were giving one or two pill every 3-4 hours , along with the delotin that I had in my iv And I was told to continue 1 pill every three ours. while I was out of the hospital, and I did. Am having knee replacements soon, had RNY so can't take any anti-inflammatories. Have been taking 1/2 of a 5-325 for pain made by Qualitest & have a V on one side & 3604 on other. Tablets are scored so can break easily. No problem with stomach. Latest Rx are same color but say Watson on one side and 3202 on other side and, though they are scored to break in half, are really hard to break..sometimes breaking into several pieces. Also, have had ulcer and stomach really burns, especially when I break the tablet into two parts. Could it be the fillers? ## Yes, there could be a filler that's causing more stomach acid.
