If you want to confirm what this pill is, you need to say what the markings on the pill are, we can't tell just by the colors and shape, there are many pills that look like that. ## It is blue oblong with multi-colored specks with GPI 25 on one side and nothing on the other side,anyone know what this is ? ## I cannot find a positive ID for this, but I can tell you that it is definitely NOT Hydrocodone. GPI is the logo for Gemini Pharmaceuticals and they manufacture only over the counter products such as vitamins and herbal supplements. Here is their website: They manufacture tons of the drugs that you see available as store brands, like a Wal-Mart brand of Tylenol or Eckerd brand of vitamins and etc.

high blod pressure ## This is NOT hydrocodone. Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever. Your pill is a blood pressure pill called hydrochlorthiazide 25mg., or brand name Hydrodiurel. It is used to lower one's blood pressure. Look for blood in the urine or stool, yellow eyes or skin, diarrhea. ## Actually, I think they were just hoping. I have been taking Hydrocodone 10/325 four times a day now for over 11 years. Actually, when I started it was Morphine 25mg Extended Tabs twice a day plus Hydrocodone 10/660 four times per day but I cut the Morphine out. Then as the law changed it dropped to 10/500 then to 10/325 and that's where I am now. I always take as prescribed but I want off the pills. My pain management doctor currently has me on 10/350 Narco 1 three times a day. i see him for my follow up tomorrow morning. And no, you shouldn't combine them, unless your doctor has specifically said that it's safe for you to do so. I am a chronic pain patient and I have slowly got off hydrocodone 10mg-325 acetaminophen and acetaminophen#4 due to stomach issues. I also take other meds cyclobenzaprine diazepam, nortriptyline .
