I was on hydrocodone 7.5 -750 now they said they dont make it no more and gave me 7.5 -325 which is stronger. I have severe back pain from 2 herniated discs, sciatica, disc degeneration and arthritis. I have been taking hydrocodone for years. Started off with 10/750 but now with the changes, down to 10/350. I also take methocarbamol. I've started going to pain management and the doctor has prescribed fentanyl patches 12.5 mcg, along with the hydrocodone for breakthrough pain. So far I've been on the patches for 15 days. After the first few days, I did get some relief but now I'm back to the same pain I was having before. Since this is just the beginning of my prescription with the patches, do they usually increase the dosage? There was only DICODID made by knoll in Germany but it was withdrawn last year. Only Hydrocodone now available is ZOHYDRO SR in the USA. It is also made in combination with high amounts of acetaminophen, usually 325, 500 or 650mg, one goes as high as 750mg! But there is legislation coming into force limiting any dosage unit of acetaminophen (paracetamol) in the USA (where 100% of the entire world's Hydrocodone is now used since the deletion of DICODID) to 300mg. do thay make anything stronger than lordab 10-500 ## Lortab contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone and the 10mgs of Hydrocodone is the maximum amount of it that is available in any of the tablets that contain this combination. There is, however, one available with a higher amount of Acetaminophen, it goes up to 750mgs with the 10mgs of Hydrocodone. Is there anything else I can help with?
