Is this pill 5 mg or 10mg? And what does the 3604 stand for? ## Hello, Doc! How are you? The white, oblong tablet with the red specks that has the marking 3604 V on it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. And according to law, all manufactured prescription tablets must have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of an emergency, so any given pill can be traced by to a specific manufacturer. That's what the 3604 V is, it's just the code that Vintage/Qualitest has chosen to use on this pill to identify it as their product. Is there anything else I can help with?

I take generic Norco: hydrocodone -acetaminophen 10-325 TB. Which works fine. However for a month, I took hydrocodone -acetaminophen-325 (no TB mentioned anyhere). Miserable. I had found a white oval in shape, markings read; Watson with the numbers 853 under the word watson on the same side. Something that has no markings is most likely an over the counter product, of some type. Where was it found? ## Oblong Orange Scored Pill with no writing is Hydrocodone 10mg/APAP 325mg. They came out in 2016 as a way for Vertisec to produce generic drugs.

I was prescribed Norco for severe back pain and I woke up sick as a dog. Loratab didnt make me feel this way but Norco did. I am used to taking the Yellow, generic 10/325 hydrocodone for a long time for chronic back pain from a car accident. They worked fine. Then I moved to LaSalle County in Illinois and they gave me white ones, three times. I know Watson was bought out by Activas. The worst white ones were from Walgreens! I've seen Naproxen and have been told Vicodin has this imprint as well. Are Naproxen and Vicodin the same? ## Naproxen and Vicodin are two very different pain medications. To my understanding, the similarities found in the imprint are just a sign that they had been manufactured or redistributed by the same company (Amneal Pharmaceuticals). I was prescribed hydrocode 10/325 by my md. I was getting yellow pills.now I'm getting pills that i believe are from mallinckrodt the hotel says manufacturing company is MLKCM.
