The 3202 gave me a bumpy, itchy rash! The IP 109 are fine. What is the difference? ## Hello, Amy! How are you? I'm sorry about the reaction you had. My best guess is that there is something different in the inactive ingredients. To explain it simply, there is a pool of them that a manufacture can choose from, they are all excipients that the FDA considers biologically inert, so they don't have an affect on the way the medication works and most people aren't allergic to them and/or don't suffer allergic reactions. what is the difference between a oval 3202 watson and a narco 10mg ## Hello, Bob! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so the only difference is that this is a lower dosage. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
