Hydroco Apap Tab 10 325 Mg

I have taken Hydroco/Apap for about six years for chronic pain. Sometimes the caplets are white, sometimes yellow. When they are yellow I itch badly after taking them. I don't understand why as I've been told by the Pharmacist that they are the same thing. Can you shed any light on my problem? Could it have anything to do with the color? Thank you. ## Hello, Lina! Can you tell me what the pill looks like? ## Hi Kim, From what I could gather, most of the 5/325mg Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone Bitartrate tablets are white and capsule (oblong) shaped. Some of the imprints on these pills are: IP 109, M365, 3202 WATSON, and 3604 V. There may be more though. Did you have any specific questions or concerns regarding this medication? i had orthoscopy on my left knee dec. 11. the doc prescribed norco for pain. however, my insurance says if there's a generic for any drug then that's what'll be substituded. they changed prescription to hydrocodone-pap 5-325 tablitp. the doctor told me to take the med. every 4 to 6 hrs. in order to control the pain better.the problem is i take the med. every 4 hours & it's not doing the job i understood i'd experience. my knee & leg hurts so much on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst. it's a 9. i'm wondering if i'd be able better relife by taking (2) 500 mg. i've been up 2hrs & 20 min. thank u ## They gave you the same medication, Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone is exactly what Norco contains, this is just the generic version rather than...

What is the difference? ## The 10/325 has 5 more mgs. of hydrocodone than the 5/325. Go Figure!!!!! ## That is correct, one tablet has 5mgs of Hydrocodone and the other has 10mgs of it and the APAP is just medical speak for Acetaminophen. does hydrocodone apap come in 12.5/500 mg ## No, before the DEA made changes the maximum dosage available only contained 10mgs of the Hydrocodone, since the changes, the maximum available contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Are there any markings on the tablet in questions? Can you please post back and clarify? I will gladly research more information for you.

I have been taking norco 10/325 yellow oval pill for a few years but yesterday what I got was different they were white oblong pills which says hyd/apap 10/325 mg tab amnea on it and the numbers on the tablet are G 037. Are they the same? I take methadone hcl 10 MG tab for Fibromyalgia. I have hydrocortisone Apap 7.5 325MG tab as a backup to help when the pain gets too intense. But I'm out of town and I'm out of methadone. I have hydroco. My question to you is, how many hydroco do I need to take a day to equal to the methadone. I take one tablet of hydrocodone/apap 5-352 mg, but when I go to bed and wake up in 4 hours I can't get back to sleep. Can someone ID a small oval pill with 1p 110 inscribed on it? The package says 10/325 on back. ## I think its a Hydrocodone/APAP 10mg Hydrocodone and 325mg APAP. ## This could actually be the Hydrocodone/APAP, which the brand name is Norco, or this could be Oxycodone/APAP, which the brand name is Percocett. It means that you have either 10 miligrams of hydrocodone or 10 miligrams of oxycodone, and only 325 milligrams of tylenol, which is the least amount of tylenol that they prescribe with these. It depends on the color and any othe rmarkings of the pill, which one you have. It is a pain killer. ## The correct marking is actually IP 110 (not 1P 110), and randolph is correct, it is Acetaminophen / Hydrocodone 10 / 325 mg. (NDC 50268-408 among others)

I've been on muscle relaxers for about 7 years, due to a neck fracture injury ending in a surgut oval nonfusion. I have chaotic pain that my pain Doctor treats with 10/325 Hyrdroco/APAP. Limit of six per day. Some days I take the maximum some days I don't depending on my activities. He substitutes my hydrocodone done with Baclofen 10 mg. his prescription says take one to two tablets by mouth three times daily as needed for muscle spasms. I rarely ever take the maximum dose. We first started out with Flexeril that worked for a little while but I needed something more. I broke my Tib/Fib bones above right ankle 10 months ago, had them set, cast for 3 months, followed by 6 months of pt, and now home, but pain still presents it self when I bare weight on right leg. Take water aerobics three times a week to help healing, but pain persists, Doc prescribed Tramadol HCL 50 mg tabs, but had no affect after a week of taking 3 times a day.
