I don't know how severe your pain levels are, but you might want to speak with your doctor if you're barely even noticing the effects of this medication on your pain. I have the worst neck pain. I think it is from sleeping wrong. I have a prescription for the hydrocodone acetaminophen 10 325 tab for a hip pain months ago. I took one pill today and it did nothing. I am super scared... I have taken a total of 17 hydrocodone 10/300 today. I read (afterward) that 90mg of hydrocone is lethal. I have tried to make myself vomit to get the last pills out, but I cant tell if what is coming up is a dissolved pill or just mucus. I dont want to die!! I dont know what to do. I have sever neck and shoulder pain and have a pill that is from 2013 and not sure it is for pain. Ok I have a slipped disc and lower back pain disc pushed pain to my knees and I was perscibed the hydroco/acetaminop 5 325 even takin two this didn't put a dent in my pain been on oxy tramadol.. some help for a few days max then I had to double n that only worked once or twice any req.. btw waiting for surgery ## call your doctor! they can give you hydroco/acetminophine 10/325 which is stronger than taking 2 5/325 or they can give you percocet 10/325 which would prob work alot better for you! dont be afraid to tell your doctor when your in pain and what works for you! doctors can not read minds.I wish you luck with your surgery! my husband just had his done and the pain was gone instantly!!

Hi, can you help me please? These particular tablets are white with dots that appear light pink, where is this color derived from - what elements/source/dyes? ## What are the markings on them? i do not get relief from this pain medicine, what is the deal ## Hi baby, Unfortunately when it comes to choosing an appropriate pain medication, there's a lot of room for trial and error. If your body is accustomed to another manufacturer's versions of this, then its ineffectiveness may be attributed to the different binders/fillers that are being used in this particular tablet versus others. That's my theory anyways, given that nothing else is changed on the label when you switch between different manufacturer's brands/generics. My daughter has been taking hydrocodone 5/325 every 4 hrs since Thurs afternoon. 24 hrs ago, her dr moved it to every 6 hrs, and she took her last one at 615pm last night (it's now 1250a). If hydrocodone soap upsets stomach will oxycodone do the same ## Not necessarily. Hydrocodone and Oxycodone are two different pain medications that effect each person differently. Some people actually respond very well to Hydrocodone and not so well to Oxycodone; and vise versa. Unfortunately there's really no way of knowing what to expect ahead of time with any medication that you haven't used before. Not to mention Hydrocodone is also accompanied by Acetaminophen, which can pose a lot of risks and side effects in and of itself. In that regard, Acetaminophen could very well be the culprit and not Hydrocodone. Have you had a chance to discuss this with your doctor yet?

There should be 2 numbers listed for anything that contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, for instance, in the second one you've listed, that designates 7.5mgs of the narcotic Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
