My bottle says "hydrochlorothiazide 25mg" and"Mfg: West Ward" but the pills are peach color with "4 0" on one side and ""1011" on the other side. Is this a correct fill? ## NO! You should return to the pharmacy and report this immediately. The tablet marked 1011 40 contains 40mgs of Citalopram, which is an antidepressant.
