My husband has been on vicodin 500 for a couple of years, We switch from Walgreen to Walmart, And pick up his meds he took his pain pill and has a bad head ache and fills like he vibrating out of his body. We noticed the name on the bottle is, HYDROCOD/ACETA 5-325 Could this be makeing him have such a bad head ache and the weird vibrating. He also takes lorazepam and Naprosyn ## Hello, Linda! I've been taking Watson 5-325 hydrocodone from Walgreens for years for back pain. I am disabled, have scoliosis and two bad car accidents caused the need. 3 months ago Walgreens changed to this new Actavis brand. It isn't working! Until I read this, I thought I would have to increase my dosage. Also for the past 3 months I've had sore throat and pain in sinuses and ears. Walgreens filled for me this time and b4 giving it to me asked "your allergic to tramadol? But you've taken norco?" Being in a hurry I didn't think about it..but I've had to take 2 and I'm itching and breaking out soo I think I'll have to ask them about that ## They are different medications, however, when someone discovers they are allergic to one medication, there is always a risk that they may find more they are allergic to, as well. Is it safe to take Hydroco Apap 10-325 mg when taking Cumadin(Warfarin)? ## The Acetaminophen, that is coupled with the Hydrocodone, can increase the blood thinning properties of the Warfarin and thus, increase the risk of bleeding. Is the prescribing doctor aware that you are taking both? Sometimes, the dosage must be adjusted accordingly and you should know to watch for any signs of bleeding and report them to your doctor immediately.

Does the Hydroco Apap 325mg cause double vision? ## This contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen and the Hydrocodone is a narcotic opiate, so it is possible that it may cause dizziness and blurred/double vision as a side effect, as well as nausea and drowsiness. Have you spoken to your doctor? There are other medications you can try for pain, if this one is causing problematic side effects.
