I took 7.25/325 of hydrocodone every 4-6 hrs for pain and after 9 yrs of treatment under a Doctor's care alone with spinal injections every 3 months for 9 yrs. At 45 yrs old going on 46 yrs old I will now have to get surgery it is looking like as things are much worse and only surgery can help me, but the Doctor wanted to wait as long as I could before going under the knife. Does the Hydroco Apap 325mg cause double vision? ## This contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen and the Hydrocodone is a narcotic opiate, so it is possible that it may cause dizziness and blurred/double vision as a side effect, as well as nausea and drowsiness.
