Just realized that I took Hydralazine 25mg three hours apart when it's supposed to be taken every eight hours. ## Took my 100 mg hydralazine at 3:30 and when I went to take my metformin and Lisinopril instead of grabbing Lisinopril took another hydralazine instead 6:30 , should I be concerned and should I take my Lisinopril or wait until bedtime when I usually take my other hydralazine ? ## Can I take 100 mg hydralazine 7 hours apart before the next dose. ## Taking an extra dose of Hydralazine within 3 hours may result in more lowering of your blood pressure than usual, and additional side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and increased urination.
