Telling me it was vegan was the reply. so, i still really don't know if it has brewer's yeast. ## Sorry, I cannot find anything that lists the exact ingredients on this. I am investigating mutlivitamins for a Vegan diet. Can anyone recommend any, that is they have or are taking a Vegan multivitamin? ## If you have on in your area, the best suggestion I can make is to go to a local vitamin shop and ask them what they recommend, or what their most popular seller happens to be. The people in such stores are usually very knowledgeable about such things, which is why they work there and they'll usually know the best product options. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

i have social anxiexty panic attacks ## Hi triston, If you suffer from anxiety/depression and need a Benzodiazepine class medication (like Xanax), usually your best bet is to see a psychiatrist, rather than a regular medical doctor. Reason being is that they are better trained in the types of medications that handle these problems and many general physicians are reluctant to prescribe controlled substances due to abuse and the heavy regulations that they have to abide by from the government. If you do opt to see a regular medical doctor, some advice I can give you is to not specifically ask for any given medication right off the bat. I am relocating from Maui to Las Vegas, summerfield area. I would so appreciate anyone who could recommed a Chronic Pain Doctor who is not afraid to medicate you properly. Technically, any doctor that is licensed to practice and prescribe medications can prescribe it. However, due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, if you require such medications on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see specialists. You might find a doc, but actually getting the scripts filled is another story completely. Apparently, there is a huge back order, all over the city, no one has anything. I have been On oxy 30's for three yrs., for chronic back pain, and I'm going into withdrawal because no one will fill. ## Hello, Bex! How are you doing?
