Hi My age is 52 years and living in India. I've nodular leichen on my legs and abdomen from past 2 years. Lichen planus marks reduction

Hi, my age is 25 years. I was diagnosed with lichen planus when I was 6 years old. It had spread on my legs, including hips and thighs, and also my waist and some part of my stomach. It was not present on my face, hands, and shoulders. The disease has been treated, and there are no eruptions left on my body, only the marks remain. As I am getting married in December this year, I would like to know about some good ointments that can help reduce the marks. Is Topisal ointment good for this sort of thing? I have heard that it is very powerful, and if we use it on normal skin areas, it makes that area thinner and more sensitive. I do not want to go for any treatment like laser or chemical peeling. Please suggest some good ointments for my dry skin.
