I was diagnosed with small osophageal, granuloma, mild antral gastritis. I was given H.pylori kit medicines for 10 days. Should I take those medicines or stop ? ## I had H Pylori +ive after endoscope & test. Then I took H Pylori kit for 14 days followed by Pantocid dsr 21 days and I was completely ok , but after 10 days started feeling many problems like before again and then started taking again Pantocid dsr again once daily. How are you feeling? If you don't have h. pylori, why were you taking the full kit? You don't need the antibiotics that it contains. If you just have gastritis and an ulcer from excess acid, then you'd just need an antacid or proton pump inhibitor. What type of doctor have you been consulting for this?

Sir' I am suffering from stomchproblem since past 35years,I am now 62years old presently I am suffering from hyperacidity&peptic ulcer.my Dr. Suggested for h pylori test Hpylori IGGwas found positive& it was 90 u/ml. Hello. During my regular check up H.Pylori was detected in my stomach during endoscopy. But the other results was normal. Doctor prescribed me Nexpro HP for 14 days, but i felt very strong side effects like bitterness; sleepless nights; loss of appetite. After use of three days i stopped taking it. Can a Dr. please suggest me what other treatment I should do to eradicate H.Pylori? All of my other diagnostics are normal.
