I have been taking diane 35 and I have a problem. I started taking my pack April 17th so if you would count it should finsh on May 7th but I saw on my pack I still have one left and its may 8 already. I dont remember if I forgot to take one day. It would be best to use a backup method of contraception, until you've taken active tablets again for 7 days in a row, unless your doctor directs otherwise. Hi! I've been using althea pills for over a month and i just started my second set of pills yesterday after the 7 day break. I've noticed that i lost weight (which i'm not happy with since i'm trying to gain some) and my zits were more evident now than before i started taking pills. I'm not expecting to have smooth skin and gain weight immediately after a month of taking it, but is it normal to look worse than before? I didnt go to doctor for consultation. I just started taking diane 35 right away last january 23 on the 1st day of my period & its my first time ever taking pills. I am 19 years old unmaried having pcos,doctor prescribed me Diane 35 for getting normal period.The day one i started taking it ,i got my period well thats strange,and periods lasted for five days,but later also my bleeding doesnt stopped. Now its like if i take my medicine @night around 10pm ,my bleeding starts after 12 hrs of taking medicine and lasts for almost 2-3 hours with little bleeding and abdomen pain...
