How To Tak Care Of Low Bp

My pulse rate is 60 at night I am afraid it is going to drop too low. Is this possible ? Is 60 too low ? My BP is is still normal high I take lisinapril 10 mg and I take a half of metoprolol 25 mg so wondering info should worry about my pulse being low ## My Pulse has been as low as 41 during the day and I assume even lower at night. Cardio didn't really care. ## Hello, Kari! Last One Year used take every day Tazloc Trio 40mg tablet. due BP High Blood Pressure. As off now controlled BP, range of 130/80. I like to reduced Dosage of Tazloc. I'm taking Lisinopril 20mg. Can I take Advil or Aspirin along with it? What are some things I should stay away from (foods, drinks, anything)? ## If you have high BP, or a cardiac condition, it is always best to keep your diet as low in sodium and fat as possible, according to NIH studies. You can take Advil, or Aspirin, unless your doctor has instructed otherwise. high bp meds do not help I am taking serrapeptese as well. I eat well and exercise. I have tried many meds for the high BP they do not work any suggestions would be helpful. ## Hello, Jodo! Have been taking levatol 20mg for 12years , BP is still kinda high, tried olive leaf extract and it brought it down. Can I use olive leaf extract and levatol instead of changing my medication?
