I have been taking spasmo poxyvon for the past 10 yrs and now i want get rid of this habit. I tried to leave it in the past but i could not sleep at night, so i took an evening sleeping pill to sleep but even then, it didn't help me out. My bones are hurting and bowels are moving so freely. My nose also keeps running.
