I've taken hydrocodone for 5 years due to a back injury and I weaned myself off of them. The last time I took half of one (10/500) was a week ago. How long before it is completely out of my system? ## It really depends on how you look at it. Hydrocodone can take 1-6 days to be out of your system for a urine test, 1-10 days to be out of your system for a saliva test, and as long as 90 days to be your system for a hair test. So for it to be "completely" out of your system it can take up to 90 days. But I'd say after 10 days, only trace amounts might be there that are only detectable through a hair follicle test. I took some 10/325 over the past month, mind you I AM IN PAIN!!! I didn't take them for fun, or for the "high" I just needed something to take the edge off. I also take other prescription pain meds. I take two hydrocodone apap 10-325 a day took pee test after one month of taking them and came back clean....how can this be? I did take alot of alive to help me more and alot of benadryl because of all the cinnamon i was around that month and this month and i drink at least 20 16oz.cups of coffee a day..i take my first pill at 5am and my second one at 8pm daily my dr. I took 120 mg of hydrocodone on a Sat. around 6pm at one time I took 50 mg of hydrocodone the following sunday morning (i.e.next day) at one time I took 90 mg of hydrocodone following tuesday at around lunch at one time I took 37.5 mg of hydrocodone same tuesday night at the same time.
