i like snorting my oxy 30s but i cant seem to crush the brown op 30s ## They've actually been specially formulated to prevent people using them in this manner, since they are only intended to be swallowed. I am 65 y/o male who has been on Rx opiates several years. I cheated when the Rx arrived early in the mail and had extra tablets. When taking codeine sulphate and long acting morphine the pills were shipped together. When the codeine was switched to Norco the meds were mailed separately. The VA is where I receive health care. The Norco was always sent out on day 31 taking up to 10 days to arrive even on 28 day & 30 months. The morphine was always overnighted and arrive on time. The time gap between shipments left me taking excessive amounts of one to cover for the other and visa-versa. At the end I would 30mg Norco QTH when out of morphine. Just got this months opana after having hard time finding it. No shortage just reformed crush proof! 30mg are now round. Mixed up? No recall? Didn't make sense. ## That is correct, there was no actual shortage, per se, it was really just a production delay due to the reformulation of the medication to try and prevent abuse. surprsingly with the doctor switching meds recently from 4 30mg roxies a day to 4 8mg dilaudid a day and he said he would increase to 12mg 4 times a day if i needed. they are weaker than my oxies but took 2 and ive been using opiate pain relief for 12 years. this stuff works well for pain and gives the nodding type feel. for me i like to crush them and use nasl. and swallow the other. took about an hour, and when we smoked a lil green(i dont smoke and rarely do it but did today and it kicked it all in ) and ive had a great day with no pain for 8 hours now and so very happy to have the pain relief of the oxycodone and able to fill it no problem. ide say ill ask him to give me the 12mg dilaudid next month instead of the 8mg which will be close to the equivelant to 12mg dilaudid to 30mg ro...

My dr. has been giving me 30 mg morphine immediate release for several years. I just had my prescription filled and noticed that my new ones say SR.I'm sure it was a mistake and my dr. and I never had any discussion about it. The pharmacy is closed now but I need my medicine. So since I am used to the 30 mg IR already, why would it hurt to crush or cut open the same amount of mg in SR? The round white pil you are talking about with 262 on 1 side & what appears to be a crescent moon is a 15mg extended release oxymorphone "opana" which are definantly made everywhere in the united states! So it is a very common opiate. They are strong depending on your tolerence but would strongly suggest doing less if it's your first time trying them! They make several different ones such as round 5's, 10's & the round 15's with the moon. They also make 5mg, 10mg, 20mg, 30mg & 40mg opana ER which looks like a stop sign & different color for each different mg.
