What's the best way to clean out? ## The most effective way to clean out and detox your system (in my opinion) is to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, stay hydrated (consistently pee clear), exercise at least an hour a day (rebounding, dancing, swimming, or jogging, etc) to get your lymphatic system flowing, along with getting plenty of rest each night. Consistency is key here... It's you're really pushed for time though, I would probably consider getting one of those detox/cleanse kits they sell at local health food stores. Also, certain teas or oils are good for cleansing the blood, liver, kidneys, and so forth. I have prescriptions for Oxycodone and Norco and was refused a job because of it. I also take Xanax and have a possible urine test tomorrow. I tried to stop taking them but I need them. I have taken about 8 325/5mg of percocet for two weeks. I stopped midnight on a Friday and have a possibility to have a ua on Tuesday. I've abused oxy for a couple years now and want to get clean and get a decent job how long would it take before i could pass a drug screen/test? From what I could gather, Oxycodone can be detected in your urine for up to 3-4 days after your last dose; up to 24hrs for a blood test; up to 1-4 days for a urine test; and as long as 90 days for a hair test. Keep in mind though that these are just estimated figures and should be treated as such. Have you already started tapering your dose down? I took a total of 15mg of oxycodone over a 5 day period, the last day being only 2.5mg. I had a UA 6 days later after the last 2.5mg taken...it was over 150 hours total completely clean. I flushed my system that morning with 3/4 gallon of water. Should I be worried at all?
