im just trying to find out if m 365 is stronger than watson 3203? ## The tablet with the WATSON 3203 marking contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the M365 marking only contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so no it is actually the weaker of the two. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Thus, M367 is the stronger dosage. Is a norco 365 stronger then a vicodin 357 and why ## Based on my research, Norco M365 is "weaker" than Vicodin M357. It's simply a matter of each pill containing a different dosage of Acetaminophen. Norco M365 contains: Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). Vicodin M357 contains: Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). I have two halves of hydrocodone that both say M36 and the other half is gone. Are Hydrocodone 5's M365 and 10's M367 the exact same size pill or is one smaller? Long story short I had mega dose chemo (pen inj. & capsules) daily for 365 days. Almost killed me but afterwards when I took the pain med Oxycontin for the very 1st time I did not feel it till I reached unreal 500mg level. Then it was a miracle. Always felt chemo burned out receptors so only get partial dosage. How can I evaluate this? Anyone ever hear of this? In these times I need huge amounts to work for pain & drs not giving anymore. I have an orange pill that has 3605 imprinted on it, and last week I had a yellow pill with 3652 on it and that made me feel really good, my question is with one is stronger and better to take, because it seemed like the 3605 was weaker, I just want to see if this is all in my head ## Hello, Mac!
