How Strong Is Hydrocodone 3605

I have an orange pill that has 3605 imprinted on it, and last week I had a yellow pill with 3652 on it and that made me feel really good, my question is with one is stronger and better to take, because it seemed like the 3605 was weaker, I just want to see if this is all in my head ## Hello, Mac! This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, there is no listing for anything with the numbers 3652 on it. Can you please double check the marking and post back? Thank you!

If so, then it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a narcotic analgesic that is a generic for Lortab or Vicodin. Learn more Vicodin details here. ## It is a generic vicodin that CVS now provides from its new distributor. It is not as good as the prior white generic as it takes a long time to work, not as strong, and makes you sick that is nauseous. I will not get this again from CVS. I was told via CVS pharmacist that the change was due to price.

I have a new pill my dr called in it is oval orange V on one side and 3605 on other side shows it's Hydrocodone 7.5/325 I was previous on Hydrocodone 7.5/500 not sure why dr changed it! Is the 7.5/325 a stronger pill as I have severe back issues so wondering if that's y the change! Thanks! ## The 325/500 is the amount of acetaminophen in the capsule. Most Dr.s will try to keep you on the lower end to avoid liver damage. Your pain relief should be the same. ## Hello, Carolyn! How are you? It's actually Codeine and Hydrocodone, so yes, they are different, though both are narcotics. These tablets are manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list the one with the 2065 on it as containing 60mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the 3605 marking contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Codeine is a rather weak opiate, so they Hydrocodone is much stronger. Along with being habit forming, their typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth.
