It is not nexium, it's one generic for protonix. its made by another manufacturer, and beware it's not as effective as protonix, but fda says its eqivilent to protonix, which is brand name. the one you described is made by sunpharma. nexium and protonix are brand names and both work for me, but each is a different medication. ## There are actually severally manufacturers of the generic version and there can be differences between them, so one may not work as well for you as another. If you are getting them by prescription, from your pharmacy, you can ask them if they can order in the one that works best for you, or try a different pharmacy. Are there any questions or comments?

Cefalexin, also spelled cephalexin, is an antibiotic that can treat a number of bacterial infections.[4] It kills gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria by disrupting the growth of the bacterial cell wall.[4] Cefalexin is a beta-lactam antibiotic within the class of first-generation cephalosporins.[4] It works similarly to other agents within this class, including intravenous cefazolin, but can be taken by mouth.[5] Cefale...

well please can u send me for which the Levokast,Pankind-D,o2 tablets are used in brief. ## Hello, I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, but I'll provide some information for Levokast below. I haven't been able to find any information for Pankind- D. Levokast (as levocetirizine dihydrochloride) is a third-generation non-sedative antihistamine, developed from the second-generation antihistamine cetirizine. Chemically, levocetirizine is the active enantiomer of cetirizine. It is the R-enantiomer of the cetirizine racemate. Levocetirizine works by blocking histamine receptors. It does not prevent the actual release of histamine from mast cells, but prevents it binding to its receptors. This in turn prevents the release of other allergy chemicals and increased blood supply t...

I am on Orlistat 120 mg 3 times a day to lose weight caused by meds. I find I am not eating a lot of fat so I don't understand how it works. ## The idea of Orlistat is to force you to eat less fat. If you do, you might poop your pants. Therefore, you eat healthier and consequently lose lots of weight. Eat a greasy pizza or something similar. If you don't have to run to the toilet, then you have the fake Orlistat.

It carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. It also doesn't have to be taken all the time, it can be taken, as needed to alleviate anxiety. I can not take pantoprazole now but have all day issues w/ my stomach. Is there anything I can do or take to help? ## Hi maggie, Sorry to hear about your situation. From what I could gather, pantoprazole is used to treat symptoms of GERD & excess stomach acid. What works for others may or may not work as well for you, however, I've had success with raw manuka honey and apple cider vinegar for eliminating excess acid and heartburn. My father also battles with esophagitis from time to time and has had very positive feedback with that regiment. Baking soda is extremely alkaline and in my experience may also be a nice addition to that arsenal of treatment. Other than that, drinking alkaline water daily (with a PH of 8-9.5), juicing raw veggies (such as a leafy greens, cucumbers, cel...

I was prescribed Lyrica today. Being the impatient person that I am, I was wondering the normal lenth of time before the medication starts working. ## It took a week for me. What were you prescribed Lyrica for? I started taking it after surgery on my cervical spine and for some reason started having panic attacks or something, dizziness and heart racing, only at night when trying to rest. After being on Lyrica for a week, those symptoms stopped, (not sure why or how it worked). I am now having low back problems and those symptoms have started again, so as of today they have increased my dose of Lyrica. I sure hope it works. ## Depending on the severity of your pain and your own metabolism, it can take anywhere from a week to a month to see results from this. ## I was put on Lyrica recen...

I've tried almost all of the Zolofts, Paxils, Prozacs and I can not tolerate the serotonin. Now I'm trying Nortriptyline and I'm wondering if anyone has had a good result without suffering side effects that make you so sick you cant take it? ## Hello Vicki! How are you? Have you started taking it, yet? Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant, so it works differently than the others. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Nortriptyline as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and mood changes. I need to find out if this medication is working. How long before it works? ## How long have you been taking it? With these types od drugs, you will not experience the full effects until you have been on it for between 2 to 4 weeks. Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, impairment of judgment, pupil dilation and irritability. ## Depending on how much you take, the effects should be felt within 15 or so minutes (it is often abused as a recreational drug). I'm not sure what the person above me is talking about. I've been prescribed it for years now and take it in the event of panic attacks which is why it HAS to work very quickly.

I started taking Buspar 3 years ago for panic attacks. For me it works to prevent the panic attacks in the first place mostly. Great for me. I was getting pretty bad ones 3 to 5 times a week and it went down to about 1 every month or so. With xanax it helps to slow down the panic attacks but once it has started it is kind of too late. I now take latuda for bipolar sever depression and schizophrenia and after 3 months i rarely think about suicide any more and am awake and active much more. Also i have not had a panic attack since starting the Latuda. ## Awesome, Nickoly! I am so happy that you've found medications that work so well for you. Have you experienced any of the typical Latuda side effects that the FDA lists, such as drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, stomach pain or diarrhea? ...

My endoscopy results gave an impression of hemo bacterial gastroentritis and my doctor put me on pantop hp kit for 14 days. I made a mistake taking the tablets - I took only 1 pill (i.e only pill A ) in the morning and one pill (i.e pill A ) in night. The next day, I took pill B in the morning and pill B in the night. So like this, I have taken the tablets till 7 days. 1) As I took the medicine incorrectly (as described above) Does this cause any issues? 2) Is it okay to now start taking the medicine correctly as expected now? ## Hello, The only conclusion I can come to is that you might experience some side effects of the medication, which include but aren't limited to: nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and skin rash. It may also have an effect on how well the medication works. Did you s...

I have been taking Viibryd for a few of months. I started with the sample pack, and have been taking 40 mg. for the past 2 months. The medication works well for me and I've never had a problem. Last night I took 2 Midol at the same time as the Viibryd and I had the WORST panic attack I've ever had. My pulse was over 140, and luckily I was able to calm myself down after a couple of hours and didn't have to go to the hospital. Has anything like this ever happened to anyone else with an over the counter medicine? I have never taken anything at the exact same time as the Viibryd before, and I think that was the issue. Thanks in advance. ## Hi Kelsie, I was going to check whether or not there are any drug interactions or side effects that might explain the panic attack, but wasn...

How are you? If it's the same brand and the same dosage, then it should affect you the same. Were you doing anything different before, when you experienced the side effects, such as eating differently, taking another medication or drinking alcohol? The FDA classifies this medication as a benzodiazepine. It carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

I have terrible anxiety and panic attacks. this has been going on since i was 8 years old. I have been on variouse meds, almost all benzodiazapines and i find that xanax works best for me. ## Any licensed Medical doctor can prescribe Xanax. There are some States that do not allow the M.D to prescribe this medication and will refer you to a Psychiatrist. However your medical records should help you when you find your new doc! ## I had westnill a couple years ago and it messed up my nervis system and I have anxiety so bad but the dr won't help me xanax works the best
