How Much Per Pill 4810 V

I recently switched pharmacies. Previously, I was taking 5mg IR oxycodone with the boxed M on one side and the 0552 on the scored side. With the new pharmacy, I have the same prescription, only the pills have a stylized V on one side and 4810 on the scored side. For some reason, I don't seem to get the same relief with the new pills. Is this just in my head? It seems to me that 5mg of oxycodone is 5mg of oxycodone, and it doesn't much matter what the inert filler is and who packed it together. Does anyone know if there is any difference depending on the manufacturer? ## Yes, there can be a difference.
