I have been taking Tranzene for about 25 years now. I used to take it 7.5 mg, every four hours as needed. But when I didn't take it for a few days I'd get panic attacks. So now, my doctor told me to take 2 pills every night 15 mg total, to help me sleep. Since I am taking them every night, I no longer get panic attacks. Is this a real high dose? Am I okay taking this? Hello, my mom is 58 yr old and has recently recovered from ICH and still now recovering from hemipareisis. For bp control she has been prescribed ctd6.25 along with telmisartan 80 and nebivolol 5 mg. It has been 3 days and her bp is still not showing any improvement. How much time it would take. Also she feels dizzy and nausea. Will it go after some time or I shall ask doc to change the medication. If she doesn't have an infection, then giving her an antibiotic creates the risk of her developing antibiotic resistant bacteria. If she does have one, it may not be the right antibiotic. All I need to know is how many norco 5's equal one 25mg fentanyl patch? I usually use fentanyl patches for my severe sciatica pain but I ran out and missed my regularly scheduled appt due to my husband having surgery. I do have a new appt but not for a week and I have norco 5's of mine I can take til then but I need to know how many will be close to the pain control I get from the patch. ## The Fentanyl is much, much stronger, so you aren't actually going to be able to take an equivalent dose of the Norco, especially since it also contains Acetaminophen. My regular doctor left the clinic I have been at since 2010. New doctor at same clinic wants to wean me off my daily 280mg of methadone in just 4 weeks time. Have been on this dose for 25+ years... Mayo clinic, and my original doctor from Hawaii and clearance from two cardiologist have said no reason to stop at this point and no risk. My sister is in the hospital due to an overdose of Amitriptlyne. She had been taking 300mg for more than 25 years. She is now diabetic so her kidneys are not excreting the dosage like it should.
