I'm supposed to take 15 ml every 6 hours or as needed of 7.5/325 hydrocodone acetaminophen...how many mg is that ? aka how many tablespoons? I have a bottle of hydrocodone/acetaminophen 7.5-325 15ml. I am use to taking a high dose of tablets at once because my body is so used to it. If i take the liquid, how much would I take for it to work? ## Hello, Lilly! How are you? You really can't keep taking such high amounts, at once, you're far exceeding the dosage limits for the Acetaminophen, which is only 1,000mgs maximum per dose. 6 tablets would be 1,950mgs per dose. It's also not safe to exceed 3,000mgs of Acetaminophen a day, due to the risk of liver damage, liver failure or fatal toxicity. My son is 11 months old and had surgery and was prescribed hydro/APAP for his pain. It is 7.5/325 in 15ml. The pharmacy calls it Tylenol 4. I'm just wondering if this is really safe to use on an 11 month old. ## Tylenol 4 is 60 mg Codeine and 325 mg Acetaminophen. I have a tropical flavored hydrocodone-apap liquid but it doesn't say the strength?!! How much wud I need to take to equal 1 yellow 10/325 norco? It says take 1 teaspoon every 4-6 hrs for cough. Or am I way off and the whole bottle won't equal 1? Lol ## The bottle should have the amount of medication in 5 cc's on the bottle.
