I'm trying to stop using H and I have the 54 411, round, white, subutex pills. Do I have to wait 24 hours from my last usage to take one or can I take it right away? I don't want to get withdrawal symptoms from taking it too soon. But I don't want to wait 24 hours because I start feeling sick much sooner than that. ## Hello, Timetoquit! How are you? What hsppens if u just swallow a subutex? Just wondering. ## Subutex is best absorbed sublingualy thru the membrane under the tongue. Swollowing will give you about an 8th of the full affect. So you get about a mg out of 8 if you swallow from my experience. ## this is not true cause ive done it many times after taking them under tounge for 2 Years I kno its much easier when I swallow them I was on stripts and the pill form and then they put me on subutext due to my medical condition and I sometimes can't stomach to put this under my tounge I get sick very easy from this but it don't hurt me feel the same ## How long do you need to take subtux and how often.

I need to know where the cheapest place to get my pills. I only take the 54 411s. They really do the trick for me but I'm having trouble finding the cheapest place to fill at. If anyone know a place let me know, you would be of some great help. I get 60 of the 54 411 subutex a month. Need to save. What is the difference between the large 8 mg subutex tablets and the small 8 mg subutex tablets? ## People argue that the large ones are stronger when they are the same milligram. Does anyone have some insight about this? ## The little 8 mg round ones with the arrow in the back of pill (prolly size of 5 mg oxycodone IR) are way better than Roxanne. They take effect faster and no filler and the plus it's so much smaller. Trust me, they work faster and last longer and have a cleaner bupe feeling. This is for people who actually take Subutex for the intended purpose for which it is used. So if you actually take the medication sublingually, this thread will help you. I have been taking buprenorphine for three and a half years now. This is what I have found: (8mg) Best: Actavis 153/half moon (orange) Middle: Roxanne 54/411 (white) Worst: Hi-Tech 8/arrow Again, this is for people who take medication as prescribed. You can actually break the medication in half and put it and the front of your lip like dip & chewing tobacco. It will take longer for it to dissolve like this but you will get much much more of the bupe. ## Does keeping the leftover saliva\bupe mixture under your toung for longer periods help at all? I've been going to a clinic for almost a year now and each time I get prescribed 8mg Subutex. When I would fill my prescription I would receive 54 411 white tablets. Today when I picked it up I got M 924 white tablets. The only difference I've found is the manufacturer. The manufacturer for the 54 411 is ROXANE and for the M 924 is MYLAN. I have made the switch from the 8mg films to 8mg buprenorphine tablets only. With all the research I've done and experience I do my best to stay away from actavis mylan and nowadays sandoz. I noticed everyone has enjoyed the Roxanne now westward generics amongst hi-tech coming in second/mylan. I have no experience with mylan bup and don't want to take the risk even as mylan has always been a waste imo. There is such a high demand of subutex in my area that the pharmacies are doing a a member ship programmer loyal customer program and they are turning people down and that's just not the same legal or ethical. I was just wondering if I could order you know I get a prescription and if I could send my prescription and just order them online.
