Been on fentanyl 50 mcg for 5 years, tried 3 attemps to get off but always went back because of feeling so horrible and do not have the luxury of staying home during this time, I am the only one working, my husband is disabled. I started breaking out with blisters (always had irritation). I had to change them every 1 1/2 days to avoid the blisters. I have been on methadone for approx 3 months. I'm on 55mgs. I recently heard that suboxone was a much better way of life as an individual coming off opiates (suboxone gives more energy, more focused, kills cravings even when leaving your system) so I, like an idiot, bought 4 of these generic suboxone orange pills, thinking I could convert myself. Thanks. ## Hi Amy, From what I understand, if it doesn't specify on the directions that you should take it in divided doses then it's probably best to just take them all at once; although in my opinion, I doubt it would hurt if you did divide your dose. The Garden of Life multivitamins I use actually say that I'm supposed to take 4 capsules daily, but then it goes into detail stating that it's best when taken 2 capsules twice daily. Thank you! ## Yes, I take this medication now & have been in it for about 2 or 3 years. I have a dead thyroid (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis) & do take Synthroid also. Hi. I started taking Oxy for my back pain about a year ago. I noticed an added benefit was a general energy lift and of course kept taking them even after my back was healed. Not daily at first, of course. However, a year later I was up to about 50mg per day give or take a few mg either way. Today is day 2 of no oxy's from a 4 day taper. Feeling ok. I've been taking immodium and kratom off and on throughout the 2 days and even though I'm not 100%, I know it could be much worse. A little sneezing, rls and just a general achy feeling. Hello all! I first posted on here about 5 days ago. I said I'd be back to give you guys an update to how I was feeling stopping Cymbalta 30mg cold turkey. Well today is day 6 and I feel great!! Little to no symptoms at all. I have so much energy now!! WOW!! ## Yikes. It really isn't a good idea to stop taking an antidepressant cold turkey, unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you too. You risk have nasty withdrawal symptoms. Tapering off any drug usually takes only a few days, so why put yourself through more hell? Cymbalta helps my diagnosed pain. I started taking Xalkori about 9 weeks ago for stage IV ROS1 lung caner. My cough disappeared after the first pill so I feel very fortunate that I'm responding so well to it. I have been on 150 MG of Zoloft for anxiety for about six month (give or take). It has really help with my panic issues. I have felt much more like my "old" self. I am very active and my energy levels have remained high... I exercise 5-6 times a week (crossfit, kettlebells, intense cardio, and basketball). My issue/problem - I have been experiencing weird body rushes during heavy/hard workouts. I read up on brain zaps but what I feel is in my body (not head) and only happens when I am working out. I moved here from DE and my Dr. Is just too far of a commute. Anyone in the DE area her name is Dr. Patricia lifrak. She will prescribe ambien, Xanax, adderall, and also does suboxone treatment. Anyway all I'm concerned about is the Xanax. I have PTSD and Xanax has a different effect on me. It makes me happy, gives me energy during the day, I feel good about myself, I can relax at night bc the events that caused my PTSD occurred at night time so from 12AM-3AM i am very agitated and scared. For over 20 years I suffer and I really mean suffer from chronic fatigue and restless legs. There is hardly any energy. And life is not very pleasurable.
