I want to know if morphine shows up as the same thing as opana on a urine drug test ## What's Opana Bro? ## It depends on what type of a urine test you will have to take. If it is a GC/MS lab test it is doubtful morphine would show up as Opana which is oxymorphone. IF it is a urine dip test like you buy at the store Opana might show up on a morphine test if the levels of opana are very very high. ## I don't think it has anything to do with the test. Morphine shows up as opiates. Opana is oxymorphone and I don't know if it shows up opiates like hydromorphone does or if it requires a separate test like oxycodone does. I took a 15mg Morphine tab today and I may have a drug screen tomorrow. They check for opiates, Methadone, and Oxycodone. Will this just show up as a Opiate since they dont check just for Morphine. It shows up as oxycodone. They have to be specifically testing for Oxy though, which often times, a standard 5/6 panel test like the ones "typically" used in pre-employment, are not (testing for Oxy, that is)

I just took a urine test for probation. It was an instant test with the panel right on the cup. I take oxycodone 30 and oxycontin 20mg but I also tested positive for morphine. I have only taken my prescribed meds. She is sending it out to a lab for verification but I dont understand why morphine showed up which she said usually means heroin which I have never used. Does anyone know if this is common for the instant test to come up positive for things u dont take? ## I took a test came up positive for heroin which I have never taken,they sent it out came back false positive. If you eat a bun that have those little seeds on them they will give you a false positive and blood pressure medication can give you a false methadone results. I take percocet 10 mg 5 times a day, i went back home for a week and didn't take all my meds so i ran out of Percocets. I had to take a bus 22 hrs and my back was killing me. I took a 30 mg ER friday morning and one on Saturday morning. I never take those and now I'm worried about my urine test at my pain clinic on Thursday morning. I never take illegal drugs and normally only take what I'm prescribed except for those two pills. I am prescribed morphine er and norco by PM dr. Long story short... pills stolen so i only had 4 of each for a week. hi, i am on a drug called zapain, 500mg paracetamol, 30mg codeine. i had a medicall at work and the toxicology states 3573ng/ml morphine. i know that codeine shows as morphine but work is trying to fire me saying i am on opiates. I am highly allergic to codeine and morphine. My pm dr did a urine drug test on me and sent to a lab and it came back positive for both however, I have not taken codeine or any form of it or morphine.
