There are some basic tests that just show the presence of opiates, however, there are others that can show the specific opiate that was taken. If the latter test is used, then they will be able to tell them apart and know you took Hydrocodone. I take 2 opana for pain daily but am one pill short this month. I cannot figure out what happened as I take them as prescribed. I have a prescription for lortab. I took two pills the day before the test. And two before the test the next day. My prescription allows me three a day. Will my test show to much in my system? ## It might, because many of these types of tests also check the levels of the drug in your system and not just for the presence of it. If you are taking them, as prescribed, the levels in your urine should fall within a certain range and anything outside of that range alerts them to a possible problem. If your levels are too high, it may mean you are taking too many and if they are too low, if may mean you aren't taking them and really don't need them. will lortab after being asborbed and processed in your body show up as didaudid? I was told lortab will be broke down and excreted as didaudid ## Technically, it should be detected as Hydrocodone, which is the active narcotic ingredient in it, however, the quality of the test used may cause problems. It may not necessarily show up as Dilaudid, but on the less expensive, non-certified tests, it may cause false a positive for other narcotic opiates. Are there any other questions or comments?

I go to a pain management clínic but They said I had zanax in my urine I dont take zanax nor do I even like it. There are there Medicine that I take that are new Flexeril , Lortab and Hydroxyzine Pam 25mg. Please Let me know if any of these can make you show positive for zanax . I am going to pain management. Long story short, my husband broke a rib and took some of my meds to supplement his so he could continue to work. Now, I'm short, and i have my appointment Friday.
