I had a methacholine challenge test and was still feeling light headed 3 hours after end of test. Due to lack of communication between medical professionals, the methacholine was not removed from my lungs as the cardio-pulmonary dept. stated needed to be done when I called to express concern over feeling drugged hours after test. I've not woken without pain a single day since, and pain has expanded from my lungs, to my chest cavity, to my head; with pain centering in one location for 3-6 months before expanding into next part of my body. Is there anything that can be done to either remove methacholine left in my lungs, or to stop the continuous reaction my body has had to the methacholine? How long dose it take for methadone to go undetected if you're taking a drug test in a week ## They say 3 days but to be safe I would give it between 4-6 days to be 100% sure. ## Sir or madam: It depends on how long you have been taking the med and the strength. All narcotics build up and store in fat and even grows into your hair. One strand and they can measure how long you have been using it. It could take three months as everyone is different. I was taking adderral and have switched to Methylin ER 10 mg (insurance changed and had to change) and I would like to know how long it stays in your system? I am on 70mg of methadone daily. Before I was on methadone heroin would only last in my system 2 days, 3 days at the most and that's only if I barely drank water and spent those days in bed. Now that I'm on methadone it's not that easy. Unfortunately, I have used heroin again and am due for a urine screen soon. I just need to know if I need to hold off the UA for one more day or a whole week. I've been going to pain management for over six years now. The main doctor over all of his pain management centers got into trouble and decided to take everyone off of methadone and fentanyl. Well I was on 60mg a day for six years. They have been doing a medication rotation on me since then. This is the first month they took the last 30mg of methadone away from me. I am on 40mg of oxycontin three times a day and 15 mg of oxycodone three times a day for breakthrough pain. I'm sure I will have a urine done next month. I need to know how long clonidine stays in your urine? I am on a methadone clinic and they just started taking levels of clonidine in our urine, if you are not prescribed, you get immediate discharge, no detox. Please help. ## I couldn't locate a definitive source for this answer, however a few references noted that Clonidine stays in your system for roughly 2-3 days for a urine test. Wanted to say I just came out of precipitated withdrawal! What holy hell! I have been on methadone for 6 years taking 115 mlg daily & got myself down to 50 mlg for 2 weeks, waited more than 72 hours, then took 2mlg suboxone. I was fine. Not better, just not worse. Following my doc's orders, I took another 2mlg 90 mins later. Ok, then took another 2mlg after 90 min and oh my god. Almost instantly threw me into precipitated withdrawal! Is methadose the same as roxicodone? ## NO they are not the same, Methadose is a time release Methadone, and Roxicodone is a regular release version of Oxycodone, they are both narcotics, but two entirely different drugs. Hello. I have just completed my six day pack of Methylprednisolone 4mg for what the doctor thinks is Costochondritis. How long will the steroids remain in my body before being excreted? I want to identify if the chest pain is getting better without having any steroids. Also, if the pain is still there, can the Dr. prescribe me another pack immediately after, or possibly do a cortisone shot in my sternum? I have been on methadone for chronic pain for 15years. 2 1/2 years ago I was on 180mg a day.
