I took Xanax on Thursday am and had a oral swab test on Monday. Do I have a chance to pass? ## There are plenty of other jobs out there! ## Xanax might not show up in a saliva test depending on how many test are on the panel. If it comes back positive for something you are not taking it could be a false positive. I had probation today and they gave me a swab test. The one that goes under the tunge. After so long the tip turned blue. The reason I asked is cause I had took opiates that night and I'm really freaking out. Does the blue tip mean I didn't pass it and does probation use the good ones that show all the drugs? I have been struggling with getting clean on and off for years. I take methadone and missed 2 days so on the 2nd day i took a dose. This can't b more than like 1/4 gram, if even that. 2 days later i had a saliva test. I hadn't used for weeks b4 that. I had looked everywhere 4 those mouthwashes that were suppose 2 work. I cldnt find any. I brushed my whole mouth over and over and over and used about a 1/2 btl of the medium sized listerine to rinse my mouth about 4x b4 going in. I took 5 20 mg Opana er's on Wed. Had a saliva drug screen on Fri. Will my test come out positive? ## I doubt if they will test for Oxymorphone Hydrochloride. The lab I work with doesn't test for it in saliva. But usually a drug can be detected in a saliva test anywhere from 24-48 hours.

Hi I took one a half of tiny white vicodins because I was having bad back spasms. Ive never taken vicodin before and am not a habitual user. I dont have a prescription since my backs never done that but the pain was terrible. I took the vicodins on tuesday around 5 pm and then took a saliva drug test the next day around 11 am. My Probation Officer knows I take prescription pain meds for severe migraines. So I went in for a job interview & orientation, I automatically knew they'd drug test me. Little did I know though it would be a mouth swab test, so I wasn't prepared for that kind of test.
