Is methadose the same as roxicodone? ## NO they are not the same, Methadose is a time release Methadone, and Roxicodone is a regular release version of Oxycodone, they are both narcotics, but two entirely different drugs. I took 7 lortab 10's within a week. I had a rx but my dr changed me to percocet and sent me to pain management. I ran out of percocet so i took my old rx of lortab 10's and i need to know exactly how long the tabs will stay in my blood stream just to be safe?
