had a drug test down it was at 350 something took one at night for pain and T3 or generic T3 ## I took 7 Tylenol 3 in two days for pain in my foot that I fractured a few years ago. I was prescribed Tylenol 3 for pain. I went to a friend's house over the weekend and forgot my meds. I was in pain and my friend (was drinking, I was not) could not drive and I was in to much pain to drive myself. I took 2 Norco's to get me through the rest of the day until I could get home... low and behold I find myself subject to a random urinalysis 38 hours later. Would this be enough time for the Norco to clear my system (I stay well hydrated)? I had a random drug test done at work which picked up the tylenol 3 I had taken the night before I cannot find that presription however, i have the one for percocet 5/325 can I get away with sending that one instead? Also, how long will the drug stay detected in the urine they already have? ## Tylenol w/ Codeine can be detected in your urine for up to 2-4 days, and the same with Percocet. However, if they already have a sample from when it was in your system, then to my understanding it's not just going to dissipate a week later from the sample cup, if that's what you're referring to?
