My friend takes roxi's and the last time he smoked them was Saturday night 3 days ago and did not smoke since until yesterday afternoon. But he started on suboxone on Sunday until yesterday morning. He smoked 4 of them and then he did 3 more last night. He is taking the last suboxone today in the afternoon and he is drinking a jug of ice tea which has primarily water. Is there anything I could take that would give me the energy and good feeling as oxycodone ## Yeah heroin, methadone, oxycontin or any other opiate will give you that great feeling and energy but be SUPER careful! Just by you saying you get "energy" from a pill that is a depressant and downer means your susceptible to opiates in general for addiction. I know I loved the feeling those pills gave me when I first started taking then but soon you will "need" those pills just to function and not to feel good. I totally disagree. Whn I was younger I was an active heroin user & the whole 3-5 days 4 urine was correct but tests have changed these days itook a urine recently after 3 wks of takin 4 30mg roxys & it showed up!! I was clean off heroin 4 yrs but have been on suboxone. The Dr said it can pick up traces 4 awhile after takin pills or heroin/cocaine but obviously wouldn't tell me how long. What's the best way to clean out? ## The most effective way to clean out and detox your system (in my opinion) is to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, stay hydrated (consistently pee clear), exercise at least an hour a day (rebounding, dancing, swimming, or jogging, etc) to get your lymphatic system flowing, along with getting plenty of rest each night. Consistency is key here... It's you're really pushed for time though, I would probably consider getting one of those detox/cleanse kits they sell at local health food stores. Also, certain teas or oils are good for cleansing the blood, liver, kidneys, and so forth.
