I agreed to a blood test from sherriff in hope it would prove that I was clean from heroin but I was taking phsudafed will this test show up poss for meth and at what levels. The vast majority of blood tests can only detect drugs up to 10 days, however, most drugs are out of the blood stream in much less time than that. I had a test done that came back positive for methamphetamine. I was on metoprolol, and claritin-D. Which of these can come back as a positive for methamphetamines? ## Hi tina - it is possible that the Pseudoephedrine in Claritin-D is what caused the test to come back positive for amphetamines.
