I've been taking 30 mgs of oxycodone 4 times a day for 8 years now. I just got my result from a blood test today it was taken last month, I take oxy 30 and for breakthrough I also take oxy 10. Both I take 3 times per day. My blood test does not show that I am taking the med. This is a first time this has ever hàppened. I always take the meds I look forward to the relief. What's the best way to clean out? ## The most effective way to clean out and detox your system (in my opinion) is to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, stay hydrated (consistently pee clear), exercise at least an hour a day (rebounding, dancing, swimming, or jogging, etc) to get your lymphatic system flowing, along with getting plenty of rest each night. Consistency is key here... It's you're really pushed for time though, I would probably consider getting one of those detox/cleanse kits they sell at local health food stores.
