Keep in mind that because everyone is different, this is only intended to be a rough estimate and should be treated as such. In my opinion though, I think you should be able to pass the urine test if you're drinking plenty of water each day (since Oxycodone is excreted through the urine). I totally disagree. Whn I was younger I was an active heroin user & the whole 3-5 days 4 urine was correct but tests have changed these days itook a urine recently after 3 wks of takin 4 30mg roxys & it showed up!! I was clean off heroin 4 yrs but have been on suboxone. The Dr said it can pick up traces 4 awhile after takin pills or heroin/cocaine but obviously wouldn't tell me how long. Based on the duration of use and frequency taken, I'd imagine that individual being on the higher end of the spectrum (4 days) from the last dose, as opposed to 2 days. A strong or weak metabolism can change this however, and should also be considered when factoring in the length of time it takes to completely be out of your system; give or take a day. If this user were to get a hair follicle test however, there would be trace amounts detectable for up to 90 days. I just started a new job that doesn't test on initial hire but rather between 1 and 4 months after you start and there's no warning when it's coming. I was on Oxycodone 30's, between 2 and 3 a day for quite a while. I can't work in withdrawls but I needed to kick it because I became dependent and it actually made my back pain worse after a while. So I got a handful of methadone and dosed daily at the following numbers: Day 1: 40mg, Day 2: 30mg, Day 3: 30mg, Day 4, 20mg, Day 5, 20mg, Day 6 20mg. Nothing past that. That got me through the oxycodone withdrawls pain-free and I had no withdrawls from the methadone at that dose for that period of time....though I know treating with methadone is dancing with the devil. If in fact you have a quick metabolism and drink lots of water and cranberry juice I am confident that you won't test positive; but there's always that small chance.
