I am right now in the most God awful Valium withdrawal and I only took 5 mg every night to sleep. ( for years) I very rarely took one during the day for anxiety. I never took them recreationally. I never upped the dose or got a tolerance. I decided to quit taking it and knew you had to do it gradually but I did it too abruptly and I am in a living hell right now!!! AVOID VALIUM it's dangerous and mean. If I had known this could happen to me I NEVER would have taken it at all. I'm seeing the doc tomorrow and I'll probably have to go back to the original dose before I can try to come back off of it. I have some white valium with D10 on one side and a score line on the other. They don't come in blister packs, just loose. I think they are strong and someone said they are English and can range from 10-30mg per pill!! Has anyone heard or had any of these as im thinkin about coming off them but im not sure how to? Any advice? I have tried every type out there, but the ones that have the ww d10 and are white are the real deal. Even after stopping right away I got the expected withdraw affects. But I also think the strength is stronger and maybe has something else in them so be careful. Same as the yellow ones that just have a score line and a 5 one other side. When I took a drug panel at the docs vallium/diazepaim was in my system. But be careful out there! I take 3-5mg Valium plus 3-8mg subutex daily. I've heard its not a good combo to take at all! I take the Valium for panic and anxiety attacks and take the subutex for chronic pain. I was in a motorcycle accident and died but lucky i am alive today! I've been worried because even the paperwork that comes with my subutex for the pharmacy says DO NOT Take subutex if you're taking Valium! I cant find a good answer. I take gabapentin 800mg 4× daily and 100mg 1× night at bed time for sleep. Can anyone advise on safe use of valium? I am taking it short term while waiting for my antidepressants to work but have gone through about 18 in 2 or 3 days. When is addiction likely to set in as that's the last thing needed right now having come off alcohol? I know 18 is a lot, but so is anxiety and trouble sleeping. I am in northern Lao and need to double check that it isn't a fake. The pill is light blue. A line through the middle on one side and then on the other side a diamond with a 10 inside the diamond. They are in packaged packs of 10 but on the outside Valium is spelt "velium". I have pictures of them but can't post on this website. Any help would be much appreciated. Just got some of these. Took the prescribed dose and fell straight asleep during the day. Mind you... What's your input? Usually I'd just be relaxed with the other prescribed brand but these knocked me out for 3 hrs.... Anyone ever seen this brand? Dispensed as a 2mg valium. I have gotten a prescription for diazepam filled twice in one month, 2 days apart. The prescription is for Adderall and diazepam from the same doctor. Usually, they will not fill just part of the prescription, it has to be filled together. I had the doctor escribe the 2 meds to Walgreens, I was told that they were out of Adderall but I could get the diazepam and the Adderall would be ordered and to come back in 2 days to get it. I went back and was told that they weren't able to get a shipment of Adderall and didn't know when they would have any. I called the doctor and told him that the Adderall was out of stock at Walgreens and asked for him to escibe the prescription to a mom and pop pharmacy. Has anyone heard of the Ashton Method as a way to detox off of benzodiazepenes? I know it is more popular in the UK. I’m trying to find a USA psychiatrist who follows this method. A lot of people have had success coming off without losing their minds in withdrawal. ## My dr. Did a similar approach. Switching me to Valium instead of Xanax and then we got 1mg, .5mg and .25mg compounded so I could make very small tapers. It was the only thing that worked for me after trying to come off on my own unsuccessfully. Dr. Royble at True Life Center in San Diego. There are also some groups that help you to micro taper on your own diluting the pills with liquid. ## I'm looking for one also.

Sure hope I can get some help here. I've been on 2 mg. Xanax for years, well over 8 years. My doctor called me last week and told me as of January 1st, Xanax, Valium, believe she said all Benzos will no longer be around! I got a pill from a friend who said it will calm me down..she said it was valium...but it looks differant...its light yelllow and round. There is a P on top and under the score line there is a 5 ## Since this is Canadian, I can't definitively confirm it, but this pill has come up several times and several Canadians have identified it as being a generic for Valium, with the % designating it as a 5mg tablet. In case you aren't familiar with Valium, here's a link to more Valium details . It does require a prescription and can be habit forming, so it shouldn't be used, without a doctor's approval.
