Had to take a random saliva drug test for work and took half of a percoset on sat. It's Tues now. Will I pass? ## I took my last dose on March 28th, 2015. I had cotton swab test on April 28th, 2015. Will I pass the test? ## Yes oral swabs have the shortest detection times. Most drugs won't show after 48-72 hours. Marijuana and most benzos are only detectable for about 12-24 hours after use. And even though the oral swabs are getting better, cheaper and more precise, drugs are simply not stored in oral fluids very long. Also make sure to brush very well with baking soda if possible, rinse with Listerine. Floss. And rinse again with hydrogen peroxide.

I goto pain management and get prescribe 60 lortab 5's a month. So I run out in the half of the month do to my pain. But I end up buying subutex to were I won't get sick for the rest of the time being, until I go back to the doctor. But how long does subutex stay in your system? I took a quarter of a 10 mg Lortab one day ago, will I be okay for a drug test tomorrow? ## Hi drob, I don't know what type of drug test you're going to be taking, but Lortab (Hydrocodone) can usually take up to 3-4 days to be out of your system for a urine test. In my opinion though, based on the amount taken, you should be fine within that 48 hours. I have also heard of other patients getting this drug out of their system in only 2 days time and they reportedly took more than you did. So I think the odds are certainly in your favor to pass. I took some 10/325 over the past month, mind you I AM IN PAIN!!! I didn't take them for fun, or for the "high" I just needed something to take the edge off. I also take other prescription pain meds. For example, Lortab would most likely disappear from a urine test within 4-5 days max, but might show up in a hair test up to 90 days later. Don't take these numbers to be 100% accurate, but the good news is that most standard drug tests don't look for Hydrocodone - rather they would most likely test for Codeine, Heroin, or Morphine usage. There are expanded tests to look for additional drugs such as Hydrocodone or Xanax etc. Hope this info helps. ## Lortab leaves the system after a couple of days.
