What did you take only 5, instead of 6, as instructed? As to the time of day, that isn't really significant, as long as you spread the doses out properly. If it says to take 6 the first day and 5 the second day, then that means you should keep them 24 hours apart. I only have the day time version of 44 470. Can i take it at night if i am not feeling well? Day time use works for me as well.
