Roxycottin a round green pill with a v on the front and 1148 on the back ## I located a round green pill with 4811 V on it, if this is correct it's Oxycodone 15 mg. blue round pill ## Are you supposed to take 4 tablets a day? ## It really depends on what they are talking about. There is no Roxicontin! It is either Oxycontin, which is a 12 hour time released medication, meant to be taken twice a day or Roxicodone, which is meant to be taken more frequently.
