I took like 1/4 of a hydrocodone on Friday and have a urine test on Monday. I am 5'4" and 164 pounds. I drank 16 oz of water on Saturday and drinking some coffee and will drink more water today. I have been on suboxone since October of 2013...I originally had a pill addiction and moved on to heroin...subsequently I suffered a back injury at work in November and have been in terrible pain. could fish oil, multi-vitamins, or not takin it for two weeks cause it not to show in lab urine test? ## Kat, I could be wrong, but it is my understanding that it only takes 2-3 days for oxycodone to leave your system. ## Educated guess would be no I don't think so. I've had my DNA test run to see if I metabolize medication faster and I do so you might be just a fast metabolizer. Oxycodone was 30 mg every 6 hours or prn. Oxycotin is one 20 mg every 8 hours. It stops working at 40 mg OR 20 mg at about 5 hours.I had a RouxN Y Gastric Bypass several years ago, and my metabolism is fast.
